The entrance to the Field House is located off the east end of the Belk Track. For those of you who commute, there is an free parking deck next to the Field House off South Road.
It is recommended that participants unfamiliar with CrossFit start off slow and workout as often as they see fit, but eventually ramp up to a three day on, one day off schedule.
For reference, the workout leaders for each respective day will be:

Monday: Tanner Martin and Flora Vo
Tuesday: Nathan Mackay and Clint Miller
Wednesday: Juan Hernandez and Kevin Overby
Thursday: Raj Sundar and Matt Krattenmaker
Saturday: Matt Moran, Freddie Morgan, and Savannah Slipperly
Shannon Kerr will also be training occasionally.
