One partner does stays in the plank position while the other does half a stadium - switch when finished.

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 12, 15, or 20 minutes:

4 sets of stadiums carrying your weight at your chest or by your side
10 pushups
walk/jog 20 meters with your weight overhead in one hand
walk/jog 20 meters with your weight overhead in the other hand
20 situps
Run either 100meters or 200 meters with your weight at your side (length depends on your preference)
15 v-sits

For every 30 seconds that your mile takes, you will do 5 burpees
ex) a 10 minute mile would be 100 burpees
