Hey everyone, this Friday will be a special WOD in order to advertise our upcoming crossfit competition this Nov 5th and the overall CrossFit UNC program. Come out at noon, enjoy a nice workout and show off your skills.

AMRAP 15 minutes

10 diamond pushups
10 partner squats
10 handstand pushups
10 tuck jumps

WOD: FIGHT GONE BAD

3 rounds for completion:
1 minute thrusters
1 Straight Leg Dead lift
1 minute tuck jumps
1 minute push presses
1 minute suicides
1 minute rest

I'm so excited for this workout guys! This is one of my favorite Crossfit WODs/WOD formats so I hope you guys will come give it a try

Partner 1: 200m Farmer's Walk
Partner 2: 100m Bear Crawl
Partner 3: 100m Walking Lunges

**When all three partners have finished their inidividual work-outs:

Partner 1: 100m Bear Crawl
Partner 2: 100m Walking Lunges
Partner 3: 200m Farmer's Walk

Hey Everyone, this Friday the 14th we will be hosting a WOD in the Pit at around 12 noon in order to raise awareness for our Crossfit organization. If anyone is interested in participating in this special WOD, please let one of our trainers know so that we can put your name down, as we only can have a limited number of participants in the Pit at one time.

Wednesday, October 4th at Field House

WOD:
With a continuously running clock, do one burpee and one push press the first minute, two burpees and two push presses the second minute, three burpees and three push presses the third minute... continuing for twenty minutes. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, continue only with the other as long as you are able.

WOD:
(possibly my favorite wod EVER!)
15-20 minutes of running around the track. Every 30 seconds, drop and do 8 pushups. Every minute, do 8 squats.
Scaling will be handled on a matter of minutes doing the workout, not on number of reps.

Endurance is not just the ability to bear a hard thing, but to turn it into glory.

Bear crawl is gonna be tough, but I know you all can manage. Come on and celebrate this brisk fall weather by getting your sweat on!
