Level 1:
50 Box Jumps
50 Sit-ups
50 Elevated Push-Ups
50 Squats
50 Dips
25 Burpees

Lets get out there and have some fun. I am looking forward to seeing all of you come out. Just remember I yell because I care, I want to see some hardcore intensity tonight. Good job everyone. This was one of the hardest WOD's we have done and I am happy to see that no one had to be taken to the hospital.
