Workout CANCELLED

Because of the UNC and Duke basketball game we have decided to cancel tonight's group workout.
If you are looking for a good workout to do by yourself try this one:
Do this for time:
30-25-20-15-10-5 rep rounds of:
GHD sit-up
Back extension
Knees to elbow
95 pound Stiff legged deadlift

If you need a clarification on what a movement looks like I would suggest Googleing it.
Go Heels!
