CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER
As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 10 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Swings
5 Thrusters
10 Sit ups
Scale weight, but you should try to use the same 2 dumbbells throughout the WOD, for future reference.
