Run 400m
100 pushups
Run 400m backwards
100 squats
Run 400m
100 situps
Run 400m backwards

I did my workout kinda different due to injury, but I still did all off the workout except I only ran forwards and because of the knee, for the squats, I did 50 dips and 50 squats (though I'm sure the squats weren't 90 degrees)
