WOD:

75 jumping Burpees
150 Sit-ups
Group 2
50 jumping Burpees
100 Sit-ups
Group 3
30 jumping Burpees
75 Sit-ups

We are going to give this one another shot, hopefully the weather cooperates this time, if not, we'll split into groups and hit the gyms for a weight WOD.

I scaled the WOD so that I did 30 jumping burpees but 100 sit-ups.
