WOD: "Ten and Done"
Preform max reps in 2 minutes of:
Lunges
Jump Rope (double unders)
Push-ups
Wall ball shots
Sit-ups
10 seconds will be allotted to switch between stations and record reps.
We will do a little warm up beforehand then explain the movements involved. Get ready for the wall balls and jump ropes!
