V Sit-ups
Lunges
Burpees
Broad Jumps

Level 1
20 reps, 50 yards, 10 reps, 50 yards respectively

Level 2
30 reps, 60 yards, 15 reps, 60 yards respectively

Level 3
40 reps, 70 yards, 20 reps, 70 yards respectively
