Trainer's note
This workout is designed to be a little difficult. You carry the same weight throughout the entire workout so plan accordingly. Pick a weight that you feel you can use to complete the entire workout. We will explain all movements in detail when you arrive for the workout. Depending on the number of people, we may also run 2 groups. Come out and let's have some fun!
