Notes:
Pick the workout level and dumbbell weights based on your fitness experience and ability. If you are new to CrossFit or are beginning to start an exercise program pick level 1 and a lighter weight for the swings and by extension if you feel like you are in good shape go after the heavier weights and the more intense workout.
