New Training Schedule Starting Monday (Sept. 13th)
Starting next Monday (September 13th), we are going to split our workouts into two different times: 8:30 pm and 9:00 pm. The 8:30 workout will be for the Advanced level while the 9:00 workout will be for the Beginner level. We are going to cut off the first group at 50 so we can accommodate everybody with weights. If more than 50 arrive, the late arrivals will have to wait until the 9:00 workout. The 8:30 workout should be quicker with fewer instructions since it's the Advanced Level and trainers are urged to start exactly at 8:30 so the second workout can start promptly at 9:00.
It is not imperative that you train with the session that correlates to your ability. We would rather you come when convenient. That means that some advanced members may train in the beginner's session, or vice versa. However, just realize that if you do not show up early, you run the risk of waiting for the 9PM session. Sunday workouts will continue to run in one session at 5pm. We look forward to serving you all to the best of our abilities in the coming months.
