20 diamond push ups (Scale down to 15, 10, or 20 regular push ups)
Bear crawl 70 meters
20 lemon squeezers
Lunge 70 meters
Because this is an AMRAP workout, it is self scaling. We only want to scale down if it is physically impossible for you to preform a movement, which might be the case with the diamond push-ups.
