Four rounds for time of:
20 Squat Jumps
20 Clapping Push-ups (scale to knees)
200 meters backwards
This WOD (workout of the day) is going to be a bit more explosive in terms of the movements we do. We'll go over the standards for each movement at the begining of the session. And as always, if you feel like it, scale down the WOD to three, or maybe even two rounds.

"knee" = knee push-ups
"no" = no clap (regular push-ups)
