Tabata run

** Tabata = 20 seconds of maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated eight times.

Come out and get fit with some VO2 max training, it's amazing if you really push yourself!

Partner WOD: As many reps as possible in 20 mins of:

50 m wheelbarrow with Partner A as the carrier

50 m wheelbarrow with Partner B as the carrier

Partner A: as many push ups** as possible in the time it takes Partner B to do 50 m of Burpee broad jumps

Partner B: as many push ups** as possible in the time it takes Partner A to do 50 m of Burpee broad jumps

**the first completion of this set will involve push ups, the second will involve sit ups, the third will be push ups, the fourth sit ups and so on
