Foundations Course

Welcome to our virtual "Foundations Course". The videos below will provide a brief tutorial on the most important elements of the CrossFit training methodology. While you can definitely come to a group workout without any prior knowledge of CrossFit, it is suggested that you watch these videos in order to become familiar with the most important exercises we preform.
