CrossFit UNC-CH was founded with the overarching goal of improving the health and fitness of the Chapel Hill community. We aim to do this by promoting the CrossFit training methodology: a program that advocates general physical preparedness and achieves results extremely quickly by utilizing functional movements preformed at high intensities in a group setting.
Our student run, not for profit affiliate holds free group workouts five times a week in the Eddie Smith Field House. Anyone in the area, even those unaffiliated with the University, can partake in our programs. No matter what your fitness level is, we promise a fun, challenging, and effective array of CrossFit related activities.
