Due to the basketball game at 7:40 this evening, CrossFit UNC-CH will hold classes at 7pm at the Eddie Smith Field House

Warm Up:

Dynamic Warm Up and Hamstring TLC

Workout:

5 min:
30s max effort HR push ups
30s plank

Then:

Every 30s for 5 min:
Sprint 50m

Recovery:

Samson Stretch/Watch Basketball

4 rounds: 6 tuck jumps, 50m sprint
4 rounds: 15m weighted walking lunges, 15 situps

Following the University's example, we have decided to cancel CrossFit UNC-CH classes tonight, March 5th. Classes will resume following undergraduate spring break!

With a partner
5 rounds for time:
400m partner run
15 burpees
*While one partner does burpees, the other must plank
**Both partners must complete 15 burpees each before they can begin the next round

wheelbarrow across the field (1/2 each partner)
