No Crossfit Monday 4/27/15

Due to final exams, there will be no Crossfit workout on Monday the 27th.

However, workouts will be held on Tuesday (4/28) and Thursday (4/30), which will be the final day for the semester.

100m sprint, 50 air squats, 100m sprint
100m sprint, 25 burpees, 100m sprint
100m sprint, 50 mountain climbers, 100m sprint
100m sprint, 25 tuck jumps, 100m sprint
100m sprint, 50 pushups, 100m sprint

*One person completes a set of sprints + a movement while the other does situps. Switch. Then move to the next set.
