-10m creeping push-up

WOD:
4 Rounds
- 1min plank
- 50m lunge walk
- 25 push-ups

Cool-down:
Light run and stretching

Dynamic Warm Up

Workout:

Every 3 minutes for 4 sets
400m sprint

Post-Workout:

1 minute of burpees
rest 1 minute
1 minute of burpees

hamstring TLC
