wheelbarrow across the field (1/2 each partner)
50 pushups (split between partners)
one person planks while the other does 15 burpees
50 situps (split)

Tuesday February 17th—CrossFit Cancelled

Following the University's example, CrossFit classes will be cancelled on Tuesday February 17th. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Classes will resume on Thursday provided the secondary winter storm does not affect things. Sorry for the inconvenience and GO HEELS!
